We're back!!!

Yes, we are back....well almost. Right now we are back in Fort Lauderdale where the weather is beautiful!!! We have just returned from a cruise of the Caribbean. It was a very busy trip and we made a lot of great business contacts! Yes a working holiday...isn't it great! The only bad thing was the weather. Almost everyday at sea we had gale force winds of 60 - 75 mph (100 - 125 kph) with waves of 12 - 20 feet. We will be home tomorrow night and I have some pics for you that I will add to in the next few days.

Here is our ship in Fort Lauderdale, the Coral Princess. 1970 passengers and 900 crew.

This wave was about 15 feet high and yes the ship rocked and rolled even with the stabilizers that are built into the ship.

One of our stops was Panama. Here is our ship entering the locks that lead to Gatun Lake.

Here are two ships that followed us through the locks. There is only 2 feet of space between the side of the ship and the walls of the locks.

While touring the canal we found these white faced monkeys. They came on board of our boat and we found they love banana bread! Go figure. They are very friendly if you don't try to touch them.
